Agenda Item #1: Committee Members & Responsibilities Report Discussion: Ms. Caabay (Leader of Group) addressed each of the committees, reminded the group who belonged to which committees, reminded the committees of their responsibilities. (Please fill in Committees and Leaders here Ces)

Agenda Item #2: Leaders Report Discussion: Ms. Caabay updated the group on the status of the Speakers decision to be a part of the seminar and expressed that within the week confirmation or a change would have to be made. Balloons have been cancelled as a decoration option. Group fund will be divided into P250 each per person, those who can pay all in one lump sum are encouraged to do so, but if its not possible your share can be divided into payments.
