DR. CORNELIO C. GARCIA, Ph. D. University President Sir: Greetings of peace and goodwill! In recent years, The Bastion Group of Publications maintained its honor and integrity since it was founded among in the Higher Education Institutions and Private Higher Education Institutions in the region and continuing its pace in the national level competition. Until now, we are still pursuing to maintain its quality publication issues concerning the common good of our institution and our students. But in this moment there are some instances that are inevitable. We are now facing a new publication milestone. One of the advisers of our publication, Sir Carlo C. Ayran was promoted in certain good designation. Therefore, the position for adviser has been vacated and available for new applicants. In line with this, we, the members of The Bastion editorial board are recommending Mrs. Cecil Garson form College of Accountancy and Business Administration and Mrs. Rosalie Dela Pea of the same college to become our new adviser for said publication base on their expertise and proficiency.
