Bath & bottle
Opened in August 2012, bath & bottle is a dynamic cocktail bar located in central Douglas that is staffed by highly trained and knowledgeable bartenders. We offer two spaces within the venue; our upstairs bar is a lively and atmospheric, while our intimate basement space, the luggage room provides the perfect setting for a more private affair.

14North
Located on the vibrant North Quay in Douglas, 14North is a restaurant with strong focus on seasonal, local produce. Split across two floors, it offers two flexible spaces; a ground floor area with views to our open kitchen and access to an outdoor area at the front of the restaurant. Upstairs is light and airy with wonderful views to the harbour.

We understand that it can be difficult to design new and interesting corporate events and staff functions to keep teams motivated and excited. Whilst we dont boast a team building assault course and you wont find a rock-climbing wall in our back yard, we believe that good food and drink can bring people together in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Whether looking for an informal and relaxed bonding session, or a more sophisticated team celebration after an all-important meeting, we have something to offer you. We have detailed a few ideas below, but if you have a more specific event in mind, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss some further options.

Cocktail Masterclass
What is it? Whether you are looking to kick off a sophisticated hen do or run a team building event for your department a cocktail masterclass is a fun & interactive activity that everyone will enjoy. You will be assigned one of our fully qualified mixologists to take you through the process of making cocktails and most importantly, tasting your creations! The class is designed to be fun, informal and is suitable for novices. [Please note that the maximum number of people that can attend is 10] Where? Bath & bottle cocktail bar. When? Subject to availability, we can host master classes on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evenings or on Saturday afternoons. How much? We have two tiers; our basic package is 22.50 per head and includes exclusive use of the room, a dedicated master mixologist and two cocktails each. Our premium package is priced at 30 per person and includes a glass of prosecco on arrival, exclusive use of the room, a dedicated master mixologist and three cocktails each. Why not add food? Platters are available from 10 per head. Duration? For classes of 6 or less, classes are approximately 2 hours. Classes of 6 10 should allow for up to 3 hours

Host your own film night


What is it? Feel free to bring your own DVD or select one from our library (see list included with this package) and utilise our film projector in the secret cinema in the luggage room. We can seat up to 26 guests in the Luggage Room for the film and can provide full bar service and food throughout. For ultimate luxury, or just a smaller event, we can seat up to 10 guests on comfy leather sofas with cosy bath & bottle blankets. Where? Bath & bottle basement. When? Subject to availability, you are able to host your event on evenings, Sunday - Thursday or on Saturday or Sunday afternoons. How much? A hire charge of 50 for the use of room and equipment, to be paid at time of booking. Includes complimentary popcorn. Food & drinks purchased on the night will be added to a tab. Corporate Dinners
What? The upstairs dining room at 14North provides a private space in which your team can enjoy a dinner chosen from a set menu. The views across the harbour offer a relaxing and striking impression of the island, as will our professional and attentive service. As we predominantly use seasonal, local produce, our menu changes with some frequency dependent upon what we can guarantee. For a current function menu, please email the team at 14North. Where? 14North. When? Available to book 12pm2.30pm and 6pm 9.30pm Monday Thursday. Exclusivity of upstairs room is guaranteed for parties of 24 or more. For other parties, we will endeavour to provide a private dining room but at busy periods and during high season, this may not be possible. How much? Set menu (available for parties of 8 or more) : 2 courses from 23,
3 courses from 26. A la carte options also available. See our add on section for additional ways to enhance your special evening.

Drinks & Canap Reception


What? For a truly impressive drinks reception for your corporate event, why not choose to celebrate with us? We have capacity for a standing reception of 35 downstairs and 60 upstairs. We can offer this package for a minimum number of 15 people Where? Bath & bottle When? Available between 12pm 10pm, 7 days a week. How much? Champagne reception 7.50; Cocktail reception from 7. Canaps and platters available from 10pp On weekdays, hire of our downstairs room is free subject to availability. We can also offer exclusive use of the basement bar free of charge until 10pm on weekends, subject to a minimum spend. Our upstairs bar is also available for private hire, as is the entire venue, but this will be subject to a minimum spend limit and is dependent upon the day and time of year you are considering; please contact us on [email protected] for details.

Whose wine is it anyway? Wine Tasting Event


What? Stimulate your taste buds and extend your wine knowledge! The perfect way to entertain clients and reward teams. You will taste a number of wines and three descriptions will be provided for each wine by three different presenters, all trying to convince you they are telling the truth. In groups you will have to decide which description you believe is correct and the winning team will win a bottle of wine. This enjoyable event has been designed with everyone in mind and is suitable for all palates. And with wine involved you can be sure of an enjoyable time! We can host up to 30 people for a wine tasting. Where? Bath & bottle luggage room When? Subject to availability you are able to host your event on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evenings or on Saturday or Sunday afternoons. How much? 25 per person including hire of the room, tasting of 6 wines, a selection of nibbles and the three presenters. Please allow up to 2 hours

Food & Wine Matching Evening


What? Looking for a way to celebrate a special birthday, or interesting way to unwind after a board meeting? Our Wine & Food Matching evening is a great idea for special occasions and interesting talking point for larger groups. The evening includes a three-course meal with matching wines, and an introduction to each from our knowledgeable staff. This format gives you the chance to sample a variety of wines and really discover what works for you when pairing food with wine. This represents great value for an informative and enjoyable evening. We can run food & wine matching menus evening Monday Thursday How much? 38 per person including 3 course meal, tasting of 3 wines, and introductions & discussion of wines. Whatever type of occasion you are celebrating, our team will be happy to work with you to achieve your perfect evening. The luggage room at bath & bottle is available for private hire and provides the perfect venue for a range of events and celebrations. In the past, we have hosted wedding parties, birthday parties, private film nights and wine tastings in our cosy basement. We offer a versatile space with private bar, dedicated bar tenders solely for your party and a food and drink menu that can be altered to suit your requirements and budget.
