Registration Process
1. A communication should be sent to all retailers and wholesalers that they should enrol for training and submit a self signed copy of following documents -PAN Card -Dealer license The enrolment can be done on the spot also. But its preferable to complete this exercise before actual training so that dealer ids can be generated. 2. The training team will check if the retailer/wholesaler is registered in mFMS system. Registered Retailer/Wholesaler with complete details Print of form will be handed over to retailer/wholesaler for verification of details. Retailer/Wholesaler will fill the form and submit the signed copy to training team. Training team will update the database and will collect all the signed forms. Registered Retailer/Wholesaler with partial details If the retailer/wholesaler is found in the database, a print out will be taken for the details and the missing fields will be filled by retailer/wholesaler on the print out. The form will be signed by the retailer/wholesaler Training team will ensure that the missing details are entered in the system and will collected all the signed forms Unregistered Retailer/Wholesaler The registration form will be given by training team to Retailer/Wholesaler Retailer/Wholesaler will fill the form and submit the signed copy to training team Training team will update the database and will collect all the signed forms.
3. All the signed forms along with self signed copies of PAN card and license will be submitted to Department of Fertilisers by LFS.
