I/We request to register a residential Apartment in your Project 14 th Avenue, GC-14, situated at Gaur
City-2, GH-03, Sec-16C, Greater Noida (West).
I/We agree to sign and execute the booking application form and allotment letter on the Companys
standard format, as and when desired by the Company, content of which have been read and understood
and I /We agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the sub lease as laid down there in.
I/We remit herewith a sum of Rs.______________By Bank draft/Cheque No./ UTR No.

request of Registration for Apartment no. ___________in your project 14 th Avenue, Gaur City-2.
It is hereby agreed that if, in case, the Company decide not to start the abovementioned project within 6
months for whatsoever reason not to be disclosed, than in that case money may be refunded without
interest, however, if after 6 months money is refunded than the same will be refunded @ 9% per annum
of interest thereon.
It is further agreed that this registration form does not give any right in whatsoever manner in present,
past or future for any further transaction and the same is to be considered as a request letter only until
booking application form/allotment letter is signed in original.
