Help establish guidelines and standards for Change Procedures. H3C (HP) Core Switch S7510E, S5800E, S5500E, S5120 .Avaya Phone Fortinet Firewall. Juniper Router J4500 Catalyst Switches 2900, Interacting with customer to resolve their issues on day to day basis. Such as c hange requests. Analyze link utilization and performance. Identify Link and Network Failures, De tailed Fault Analysis Reports. Configuring the Link in IMC NMS Server for network management. Implementation and Configuration of 3COM H3C S5500, core H3C S7510, CISCO 2900. Configure Avaya IP phones in branches with field support engineers. Interacting with vendors / Service managers regarding the IMC. Developing customer relationship and performing managerial tasks. The Customer is having in having multiple branches around India where we have to configure GRE tunnel and monitor them daily. Implementing the Network for customer Edelweiss NOC. Network of 240 access layer switches, 40 Distribution Switches, 2 Core switches, 2 fortigate firewall, 2 juniper core routers and 2 juniper internet routers. Monitor Routers and Switches, for up/down, CPU Memory utilization Ticket Logging & Escalation of calls. Providing L2 support & handling the onsite O&M team. Monitoring of Network using HP IMC NMS system. Troubleshooting day to day network related problems. Up gradation & addition of new devices into Network after testing. Configuring policies in firewall as per customer requirement. Doing changes in configuration of Network device as per customer requirement. Maintaining daily report , monthly call report , preparing network-diagram & doc ument related to project. Taking weekly backup of Network device. Preparing the roaster of the O&M team.
