A REPORT ON: NAME OF THE REPORT IN CAPITAL LETTERS

ABSTRACT
Abstract contains a brief idea about the report. It should be restricted to four to five lines only. It should give a brief description about the problem, and conclude with the solution or suggestion that you are making in the report. It has to be written in third person format only.

INTRODUCTION
Explain the case or the problem you are dealing with. An introduction should give a clear idea about the whole scenario, and should be restricted to eight to ten lines. However you cannot give a two line introduction. It should be descriptive without being repetitive.

OBJECTIVE
The aim of the report is explained by the objectives. If there are more than one objectives please use bullets to explain.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
There are two types of data used in research, secondary data and primary data. State and define the data you have used.

THEORITACAL FRAME WORK


Explain in details the major concepts used. Make sure you categories the theories under various subheadings and side headings.

SUBHEADINGS

Font size 16, bold. Subheading cannot have text attached to them. The text has to come in the next line SIDE HEADINGS: The text is continued after the subheading. You need to keep the subheading in bold.

FINDINGS & SUGGESTIONS


what did you find out from the report. What are your basic suggestions? Summarize in bullet points.

CONCLUSION
A generalized conclusion speaking about the report and the suggestions you have made. It is advisable to use some Book definitions and authors comments as attractive concluding statements.

PLESE NOTE: REFERENCING: referencing is a part of the report. Every thing you are putting in a report is an assimilation of theories that were given by great authors. You are advised to acknowledge their contributions. All statistics you are using should have proper references. Every report should contain at least 5 different resources failing which it will not be eligible for merit or distinction the students are given the liberty to choose between intent referencing and Haward Referencing
