Chapter - 9 Case Studies


Explain different types of studies (area wise) undertaken using GIS in Indian cities. Suggest various types of impact/feasibility studies etc. that could be done in Indian context using GIS. Briefly explain the domains of applications of GIS and GPS in transportation, with examples.
