Sub:-Permission for appearing Semester Examination for BBA course for the Session 2009-10 under Fakir Mohan University.

Ref:- Our letter no BITS/ DHE/ 38/ 09 dated -17.09.09 . This college has been permitted for opening BBA course w.e.f. the session 200708 vide DHE. Letter No21-07-3206 date 30.01.08 The application for recognition for the 2008-09 & 2009-10 had been submitted to DHE. The recognition in respect of 2008-09 had been approved by Govt. but recognition process for the session 2009-10 is pending at Directorate level. Our students admitted for the session 2009 -10 are not being allowed to fill up the examination form of the semester examination to be conducted by F.M University during January 2010 due to lack of recognition for the session 2009-10. As the application is under process at DHE level, we like to request you to kindly advice to the University to allow our student admitted during the session 2009-10 for appearing the semester examination.
