1. CHECK-OUT is by 10 am. 2. Please keep our home clean and sanitarywe have left a vacuum and/or a broom, a mop and cleaning liquids inside the laundry room (out childrens reach). All surfaces should be wiped clean including inside microwave, fridge and stovetop. 3. Please DO NOT wash/dry comforters. 4. Please wash the dishes and put them in the cupboards. Please do not leave dish washer running. ATTENTION THERE WILL BE A $50.00 CHARGE IF THESE INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT FOLLOWED 5. Please be sure to put all garbage in the green garbage bin. Please take the Green Garbage bin to the end of the driveway on designated garbage day. 6. Please ensure all windows are closed and locked. 7. Please turn off all lights/ and or ceiling fans. 8. Please do not leave food in the fridge. We would prefer you dispose of food you do not consume during vacation. 9. PLEASE TURN-OFF THE A/C. 10. Please ensure that the door is locked.
