Step 1: Open image in Photoshop.

Step 2: Select the background layer and duplicate it under Layer>Duplicate Layer.

Step 3: Modify the Background Copy under Image>Adjustments>Brightness/Contrast

Step 4: Select a specific color range under Select>Color Range. Use the eyedropper tool to select
a pixel either on the image or the Color Range preview. Adjust Fuzziness and Range for desired
effects.

Step 5: The selected areas should have the “ants” crawling around them. Adjust and/or redo the
selection, if necessary

Step 6: Fill the selected area with a color by selecting Edit>Fill. Select a color, and press Okay.

Step 7: Click inside the selected area to complete the Fill.

Step 8: Select the layer of the original Brightness/Contrast modification, and duplicate the layer.

Step 9: Drag the new layer to the top of the Layer List to bring it to the foreground.

Step 10: In order to delete the white spaces and allow the orange to show through, use the same
process to select the color range.

Step 11: Press delete to remove the white areas. To invert a portion of the image, use the
Polygonal Lasso Tool to select an area.

Step 12: The “ants” should be crawling around your selection. Modify or redo the lasso to get the
selection correct.

Step 13: Select Image>Adjustments>Invert to invert the selection.

Step 14: Use the Text Tool on the left to insert text layers. Simply draw a rectangular field, adjust
the text settings at the top of the screen, and type.

Step 15: Fill the rest of the page accordingly.
