Objective
To obtain a challenging position that allows me to utilize my current skills to assist in advancing an elementary class and offers a stable employment opportunity. I am also eager to learn new skills in my classroom and in technological advancements.
Classroom Experience
Forest Dale Elementary
I was a cadet teacher in the second grade classroom of Amy Morrison for the entire 2010-2011 school year. Forest Dale is located in Carmel, Indiana. This experience counted for dual credit for Carmel High School, as well as Indiana University. I was a cadet teacher in a fourth grade classroom for the spring semester of 2011. This experience counted for dual credit for Carmel High School, as well as Indiana University. Fall 2011
I was a cadet teacher in a Kindergarten classroom for five weeks in Indianapolis. I was in the classroom for three hours once a week. Fall 2012
I was a student teacher in a first grade classroom. I earned 20+ hours in the classroom for my Education Psychology classroom experience at Indiana University. Fall 2013
I was a student technology coordinator in the Kindergarten classroom of Kim Rohlfing. I earned 8+ hours for my two Computer Educators Licensure courses at Indiana University.
Employment Experience
Keen Childrens Shoes
I have served for many years at Keen Childrens shoes as a sales associate. Here, I have had experience helping families and children find the right shoes for them. I have obtained many social and people skills, as well as learned many basics of a family-owned business.

Education
Carmel High School Graduated in 2011 I attended Carmel High School in Carmel, Indiana and graduated with Academic Honors Diploma. Here I earned my general education, and in addition, I took classes earning dual credit towards my college major. Indiana University Will Graduate in 2015
I attended Indiana University for my Undergraduate Degree in Elementary Education, with a concentration in Computer Education Licensure. Here, I took all required and necessary courses for my major, as well as additional courses for my focus area. I will graduate in 2015 following my semester of student teaching.
Skills

Interpersonal Skills -- Able to get along well with co-workers and accept supervision. Received positive evaluations from previous supervisors. Flexible -- Willing to try new things and am interested in improving efficiency on assigned tasks. Attention to Detail -- Concerned with quality. Produce work that is orderly and attractive. Ensure tasks are completed correctly and on time. Hard-working -- Throughout high school, worked long hours in strenuous activities while attending school full-time. Often managed as many as 25 hours a week and other structured activities while maintaining above-average grades. Customer Service -- Routinely handled many customers and families a day in a busy retail store. Received several noted compliments and earned Employee of the Month three times. Reliable -- Excellent attendance record; and greatly trusted and respected employee.
