Another fantastic source for me is the $ayo clinic website% there has never been anything related to physical or mental health that I could not find a great article on in this website. I first became familiar with the $ayo &linic as a 'light Attendant( if we had a health related emergency on board the aircraft the )ilots patched us through to the $ayo &linic for guidance on the situation. Dacher% $.D. Is a book I am using in another one of my classes. It has wonderful advice on meditation as well as some guided meditations that are in the book. I have found this book to have wonderful advice on many aspects of life but mostly it is a guide on how to reflect inwardly and find health and happiness within yourself using your inner being as your guide.
