FIELD OF INVENTION

[3]

7
8

Not applicable.

The embodiments described herein relate to moving storage.

BACKGROUND

[4]

Moving storage may be performed in multiple ways. Such ways can

include carrying individually, taking out of a space and placing onto a trolley, and sliding

10

up and down a ramp. These ways are beneficial in that they refrain from damaging

11

storage upon transportation and suffice to move storage from one space to another.

12

However, such ways can require more time and physical labor than may be available.

13
14

BRIEF SUMMARY
[5]

Disclosed herein is a rack adapted to mobilize storage. The rack is

15

comprised of a base and a frame. The base supports the frame, and the base is capable of

16

being moved.

17

[6]

The base is comprised of four bars that are arranged in a rectangle. The

18

base parallels the surface upon which the rack sits. The base may be further comprised of

19

a wheel set, wherein the wheel set is comprised of four wheels that support the base.

20
21
1
2

[7]

The frame is comprised of three bars. Two bars support a third bar that is

parallel to the base. The two supporting bars connect to the base. The two supporting
1

bars may be divided into segments by bends. All bars, segments, and bends lie within the

same plane. The plane of the frame is perpendicular to the base.

[8]

These and other features will be more clearly understood from the

following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawing and

claims.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1. Depiction of an embodiment of a rack for moving storage.

11

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[9]

FIG. 1 exhibits a rack adapted to mobilize storage. The rack is comprised

12

of a base 101, a wheel set 102, and a frame 103. The base 101 is comprised of bars 1-4.

13

The wheel set 102 is comprised of wheels 5-8. The frame 103 is comprised of bars 10-12

14

and bends 13 and 14. The elements of frame 103 all lie within the same plane.

15

[10]

The base 101 is a rectangle that parallels a surface upon which the rack

16

sits. Bars 1-4 form a rectangle that defines an interior space of base 101. Bar 1 and bar 3

17

are the same length and shorter than bar 2 and bar 4. Bar 2 and bar 4 are the same length

18

as each other.

[11]

Wheel set 102 is comprised of four wheels. Each wheel supports a corner

of the base 101.

[12]

Frame 103 is comprised of bars 10-12. Bar 10 and bar 11 are each

comprised of segments 10a and 10b and 11a and 11b, respectively. Segment 10a and
2

segment 11a are of the same length. They are parallel to each other and are perpendicular

to the base 101. Segment 10b and segment 11b are the same length as each other and are

a different length than segment 10a and segment 11a. Segment 10b connects to bar 1

and segment 11b connects to bar 3.

[13]

Bend 13 is above segment 10b and connects segment 10b and segment

10a at angle X. Bend 14 is above segment 11b and connects segment 11b and segment

11a at angle Y. The magnitude of angle X and angle Y are the same.

8
9

[14]

Bar 12 is perpendicular to both segment 10a and segment 11a and parallel

to the base 101. Bar 12 is supported by bar 10 and bar 11 at right angles.

10

[15]

In some embodiments, the wheel set 102 is comprised of a brake. The

11

brake may be a wedge, a clamp, a high-friction material, a kickstand, or a combination of

12

the aforementioned brakes. In some embodiments, each wheel has a brake.

13

[16]

In other embodiments, the base 101 is comprised of a platform. The

14

platform may be solid. The platform may be comprised of metal, plastic, glass, wood, or

15

a composition of materials. In some embodiments, the platform may be configured as a

16

grid.

17
18
19

[17]

In yet other embodiments, the frame 103 is adapted to hold additional

storage. The frame 103 may be further comprised of hooks, platforms, or pegs.
[18]

While some embodiments have been provided in the present disclosure, it

20

should be understood other embodiments exist without departing from the spirit and

21

scope of the present disclosure. The present disclosures are to be considered as

1
2

illustrative and not restrictive, and the intention is not to be limited to the details given

herein. For example, the various elements or components may be combined or integrated

in another rack or certain features may be omitted or not implemented. Other changes,

substitutions, and alterations are ascertainable by one skilled in the art and could be made

without departing from the spirit and scope disclosed herein.
