Swap RGW - User Manual

Menu Name: GPON Migration Swap RGW

Auto Swapping:

Auto Swapping: This menu is used to swap a Faulty RGW with a new RGW. By doing this activity, the swap commands are sent to ACS with new RGW SL# for a given account #

Select the branch Enter the Account number Press TAB button The page will display the details of Old RGW SL# and ONT SL# it is connected to with Splitter and Splitter Port details for the CST to verify the details. 5. Enter the new RGWL SL# in the TEXT box 6. Press submit button 7. The page will provide a confirmation message as below

8. The newly created Request # can be tracked from GPON Inquiries Request Tracker

Manual Swapping: This menu is used to swap a Faulty RGW with a new RGW within PMS. By doing this activity, the Old RGW SL# is changed to New RGW SL# ONLY IN PMS and not in ACS
