The document is a RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) matrix that assigns roles for activities in a project. It lists specific project activities down the left column and roles across the top row. For each intersection of activity and role, it identifies whether that role is Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, or Informed for that activity. Responsible means doing the work, Accountable means approving/owning the work, Consulted means providing input, and Informed means kept updated on progress.
