You should be already logged into Moodle.

Step 1
On the left side of the moodle website, using the mouse you need to go to the files folder and click on it so that you can upload your portrait video file.

Step 2

You will get to this web page and the important key here is the upload a file. Using the mouse click on Upload a file to put your portrait video on.

Step 3

Using the mouse click on the Browse button to locate your portrait video. The portrait video will be located where you saved it last. In this case it should be in the Movies folder.

Step 4
Look for you video file and once you locate it, using the mouse highlight the file and click open. The file is ready to be uploaded to moodle.

Step 5

Using the mouse click on Upload this file Wait.. Depending on how big the video file is will determine how long it will take to upload.

Step 6

Click Maluas Presentation on using Video to get back to the home page.

Once the video is uploaded it should appear in the file as shown above.

Step 7

Scroll down until you see the Who am I exercise and using the mouse click on the Introduce yourself using your video.

Step 8

Using your mouse scroll over the Add a new discussion topic and click.

Step 9

Type in your Name:

Video

Type Video then using the mouse highlight the word video.

Step 10

It is important that you highligh the word Video using your mouse Once highlighted you must click the chain link icon in order to display your video.

Step 11
Find you Who am I video and click using your mouse.

Step 12
Click OK using the mouse. This will take you back to the add to discussion site

Step 13

Using the mouse scroll over the Post to forum and click. It will take you back to the discussion web page and you should be able to see your video

Step 14

You can view your video by clicking on Malua using the mouse.

Step 15

You are now able to see the Portrait video in your discussion forum. Well done.
