    PRESS RELEASE
    A Bunker Hill, Illinois, man was charged today in Madison County
    Circuit Court, with the felony charges of PUBLIC INDECENCY and SEXUAL
    EXPLOITATION OF A CHLD (2 CTS), according to Madison County Sheriff
    Robert J. Hertz. The man is identified as:
    DAVID ARNOLD WOLF
    MALE
    AGE: 57
    221 N. LINCOLN STREET
    BUNKER HILL, ILLINOIS
    On Monday, November 18, 2013, at approximately 12:50 p.m., the
    Madison County Sheriffs Office responded to Lewis and Clark Community
    College, 5800 Godfrey Road, Godfrey, Illinois, in reference to a subject who
    had been observed masturbating in a pool located on campus. Upon arrival,
    deputies made contact with campus security, pool patrons, and swimming pool
    personnel. A witness reported to deputies a man, later identified as Wolf, was
    masturbating in the pool while others were swimming. Deputies obtained
    statements from witnesses, and were directed to Wolf who was on the premises.
    Through investigative efforts probable cause was developed, and Wolf was
    arrested for Public Indecency.
    Further investigation revealed Wolf also visited the same swimming pool
    on November 9, 2013. It was determined during his visit to the pool, on
    November 9, 2013, that Wolf masturbated in the swimming pool. The felony
    charges of Sexual Exploitation of a Child stemmed from the fact the incident
    took place while children were present.
    During the investigation there was no indication of direct physical
    contact between Wolf, and any other person at the pool facility. However, the
    investigation did reveal Wolf had masturbated in the pool on multiple

    occasions dating back to October of 2013.


    Wolf was transported to the
    Madison County Jail where he was held pending a formal review of facts by the
    Madison County States Attorneys Office.
    The felony warrant and
    information was signed by the Honorable Judge Keith Jensen, who set bond at
    $60,000.00.
    Investigators with the Madison County Sheriffs Office are continuing to
    investigate this incident. Madison County Sheriff Robert Hertz encourages
