People have to work because they need money for food, housing and clothing. They also want money to spend on leisure; going to the cinema, a disco. Most of them enjoy their job and they would be bored with out some regular work. ( ou may work for a company a firm, in an office, at a factory! Men and women can do various jobs for a living. They can do brain or manual work. Manual workers can be skilled or unskilled workers. "ome of them do shift work. They usually work in three shifts. People in #ungary work $%&$' hours per week, and they are paid by the month. ou can be overpaid, underpaid or your salary can be reasonable for the work you do. (ut it is difficult to find a well paid job nowadays. Most people are not satisfield with their salary because prices increase all the time. ) job can be interesting or boring. *obs are considered non&professional such as the job of a cashier or a bank teller. +ccupations are vocational or professional. ,rofessions usually re-uire higher education. ,or e.ample doctors lawyers, engineers, teachers have to study at universities. There are tipical men/s and woman/s role. Tipical men/s role0 dust man, hunter, butcher 1oman/s role0 secretary, beautician, hairdresser. The students would work on summer generally. They may work, than newspaper delivering, dog walking, gardener, ice&cream vendor, car washer, baby sitter, shop assistant, painter, barmen and cleaner. )fter leaving secondary technical school, 2 would like to study in a good college. 2 don/t know what to take up as a career yet but 2 think 2 would like to go on to a university or a collage.
