Hardness Test

This document contains data from hardness tests on samples of mild steel, brass, and aluminum. For each material, the Rockwell hardness was measured over 10-11 trials and the average, standard deviation, and average plus/minus one standard deviation are reported. Graphs show the Rockwell hardness measurements for each trial for each material. The data and graphs allow comparison of the hardness and variability between the three materials tested.
