1. What are the advantages and limitations of electro-pneumatic system?
2. With the aid of sketches, draw the symbols for electro-pneumatic components and indicates its practical applications in a manufacturing industry.

3. A cylinder is used to transfer parts from a magazine. If either a pushbutton A or a
push button B is operated, the cylinder has to extend. Once the cylinder is fully extended, it is to retract to the initial position by means of pushbutton C. Draw the pneumatic and electrical circuits.
