Login to the terminal server (xx.xx.xx.xx or xx.xx.xx.xx) and telnet the HP OVO server as shown below.

NOTE: Use Virtual name of Cluster :gccuksg-ovo Virtual name of cluster: xx.xx.xx.xx

Give ovstatus c to check the status of both OVO and NNM services.

If any process is not running, Please inform. Note: Ignore the status of below processes. genannosrvr httpd ovctrl - unknown - unknown - unknown (Does not communicate with ovspmd.) (Does not communicate with ovspmd.) (Does not communicate with ovspmd.)

Check the cluster status using scstat g command as shown below.
