Leek and Potato Soup
Ingredients:225g potatoes cut into pieces 225g leeks sliced 1 garlic clove crushed 1 pint boullion stock
Method:Put potatoes, leaks and garlic into a saucepan, pour over the stock and add herbs to taste as desired. Put the saucepan on a low heat and leave to cook for approx 30 35 mins or until the potatoes are soft. * Remember to stir occasionally *
