Guidelines

This document provides information for candidates who are unable to obtain a PIN from designated banks in Gujarat and have passed the HSC science exam from outside Gujarat for admission to degree/diploma pharmacy programs in 2013. Candidates must submit applications by June 15th along with fees to be assigned a unique PIN for online registration. The ACPC will handle online registration on behalf of candidates and prepare a merit list to be used for choice-based admissions. After admission offers, candidates must report to ACPC with required documents to confirm their enrollment.

DEGREE/DIPLOMA PHARMACY ADMISSION-2013 FOR THOSE CANDIDATES WHO ARE UNABLE TO OBTAIN PIN FROM DESIGNATED BRANCHES OF PUNJAB

NATIONAL BANK IN GUJARAT STATE AND PASSED QUALIFYING EXAMINATION (HSC SCIENCE
STREAM) FROM OTHER THAN GUJARAT STATE
1. Submission of Application: Download application form from the website www.jacpcldce.ac.in (from 07.06.2013 to 13.06.2013) Submit filled in application with photocopy of requisite testimonials by Registered Post/Speed Post/ in person to ACPC with a Demand Draft of INR 350/- (non-refundable) drawn in favour of Member Secretary, ACPC payable at Ahmedabad. The application complete in all respect should reach the ACPC latest by dt.15.06.2013.

2. Registration process: On receipt of application with requisite registration fee at ACPC within the time limit, a unique PIN, user ID and password will be send to the candidate on his/her email ID or by SMS on Mobile, mentioned in the application form latest by 18.06.2013. Online registration will be made by the ACPC on behalf of the candidate (No need of online registration by candidate) and on preparation of merit list the same will be intimated to the candidate through SMS on the registered mobile number. From the choice filling part, the candidate can join the online admission process. After choice filling, admission will be allotted based on the merit and choices the candidates. After allotment, for confirmation of his admission, he has to report at ACPC, Ahmedabad with Information Letter and bank fee challan and all original documents. After login with the password provided by ACPC the candidate should immediately change the password for security point of view.
