Dear Sir, In consideration of the Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry from time to time giving or issuing certificate of origin of goods for export to any foreign port or ports and also given or issuing the certificate or declaration to the undersigned. We hereby agree that all particulars contained in the letter presented to the Chamber of Commerce by us in our name for these certificates shall be truly and accurately set forth and further we will at all times indemnify and keep indemnified the Chamber of Commerce and claim or demands that may be made against them by reason of any such certificates as aforesaid. Further in the consideration of your certifying at our request the affidavits, agency agreement, Registration of Suppliers Free Sales Certificate, etc. in respect of goods exported by us from time to time, we hereby agree to indemnify the Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry against any claim or demands that may be made against them by reason of certifying the above documents.
