To continue my culinary education journey with an internship position to enrich and further develop my skills and experiences within the hospitality industry. Intern Prep Cook, Line Cook, Market Chef Larkspur Restaurant Vail, CO Prepared Breakfast and lunch items for Market. Ran gard manger on the line. As well as prepped food for the main line, and did inventory each month.
