Applying Design
Template
 Select Slide Design option from
the Format menu.
 Slide Design window will be
opened on the right side in Task
pane, select Design Templates
option.
 Select any slide from this window
and right click on this slide.
Design Template
 There will be three options
– Apply to all slide
 To apply this design on all the slides
– Apply to selected slide
 To apply this design on the selected
slide/slides
– Show large Previews
 This option display the large size of
Slide
Design Layout
 Design Layout provides us ready made
layout that can be used directly in the
presentation.
 Select Slide Layout option from the
Format menu.
 A window will be opened in Task Pane,
select the desired layout from this
window, right click for further options
on slide
Slide Color Scheme
 Slide Color Scheme is used to
change the color of slides
template or layout will remain but
color will be changed.
 Select Slide Design option from
the Format menu a window will
open on right hand
 Select the color schemes option
 Select your desired color
Background Color
 Background color option is used
to change the color of Slide.
 Select Background option from
the Format menu.
 A Dialog box will be in front of you
select the desired color and apply
it.
Slide Master

 This Slide master is a global slide that


is use to change the setting of all
slides. We make changes in master
slides and these changes can
implemented to the all slides.
 Select Master-->Slide Master
command from view menu.
 A slide will be open, modify it and
return to normal mode.
