I am requesting funding for a Child Abuse Treatment Services program in the fiscal year 2010 Commerce, Justice, Science Appropriations bill. The entity to receive funding for this project is the Klingberg Family Centers located at 120 Holcomb Street, Hartford, CT 06112. The funding would be used to provide an array of child welfare services focusing on helping families affected by abuse, violence, poverty and neglect. I certify that neither I nor my spouse has any financial interest in the project.
