    Dear Chairman Obey and Chairman Mollohan:

    1 am requesting funding to improve technology for the Monroe County Department of Public
    Safety in fiscal year 2010.

    The entity to receive funding for this project is the Monroe County Department of Public Safety
    located at 50 West Main Street Suite 4119, Rochester, NY 14614. The funding would be used
    for equipment and equipment related subsystems in the Crime Lab.

    Pursuant to clause 17(a)(5) of Rule XXIII ofthe Rules ofthe House of Representatives for the
    111 th Congress, I hereby certify that neither I nor my spouse has any financial interest in such
    congressional earmark.
