    I am requesting funding for Chesapeake Bay Oyster Restoration in Fiscal Year 2010. The entity
    to receive funding for this project is the NOAA Chesapeake Bay Office, located at 410 Severn
    Avenue, Annapolis, Maryland, 21403. The funding would be used for ongoing efforts at the
    National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to help restore the natural oyster population
    ofthe Chesapeake Bay. The development of native oyster aquaculture is critical to a viable
    commercial oyster industry in the Bay..
