Appropriations Act. The entity to receive fu ndin g for thi s proj ect is Wich ita State Uni versity,
located at 1845 Fa irm ount St, Wichita , Kansas, 67260. The funding wou ld be used for
training and techni ca l ass ista nce. [certify that neither 1 nor my spouse has any.financial
interest ill t!lis project.

Co nsistent with the Republican Leadership 's po li cy on earmarks, I hereby certi fy th at to the
best of my knowledge th is request (I) is not directed to an entity or program that wi ll be
named after a silting Member of Congress; (2) is not intendcd to be used by an enti ty to
secu re fund s fo r other entiti es unl ess the use of fund ing is co nsistent wi th the specified
purpose of the earmark; and (3) meets or exceeds all statutory requi rements for matchin g
fund s where applicablc. I further certify that shou ld this request be included in the bill, I wil l
pl ace a statement in the Congressional Record describ ing how the funds will be spent and
