GUIDELINES FOR LAB PRACTICE 1. Contact classes for lab practices at the centres are compulsory.

2. Students can also undergo lab practice classes through AICTE approved Engineering Colleges/Polytechnics/Institutions only with the approval of the local centre. 3. The maximum fee for lab practice is RsAOOO/ - per lab for centres in class A cities and Rs.3000/ - for other centres. 4. The examination fee for Lab is Rs.600/ - for AMIETE and Rs.500/for DipIETE. 5. Students have to purchase the Lab Manuals. Lab manuals should be signed by the authorized signatory of centre/ AICTE . Institution head with seal. 6. All experiments are to be conducted during contact classes.

7. REB of the Exam centre will verify the authenticity of the Lab practice classes attended by the student at the time of examination. 8. The failed students can reappear in the lab practice exam using his/her old lab manual without attending further contact classes if he/she has attended the contact class once. In that case, student has to pay the examination fee only. 9. It is compulsory for students to appear for theory exams and lab examinations from the same centre. 10. The above orders will be in force w .e.f June 2
