Steps for activating your software product

The first time you run the product, you will be prompted to activate it:

1) Click on the URL to open the activation web page. You must be connected to the web (internet) for this step.

NOTE: If you are not connected to the web (internet), please contact us by phone or e-mail for activation instructions.

2) This will open a form in your browser that is required to be filled out for the activation. The fields in red are required. Note: the Request Number is automatically filled in and cannot be altered.

3) Please fill in the data accurately as this information will be needed to reactivate the software if you ever need to move the software to a different computer.

4) When the form is completed, click the Request Activation Code button

5) If the information is correct and the serial number is valid, you will be given an activation code. A copy of your activation code and serial# will also be sent by email to the address provided in the form. Please keep this e-mail for future reference as you will need this information for reinstalling the software.

6) Use the copy to clipboard button (if available) to copy the activation code to your computer clipboard, or highlight the number and copy (Ctrl-C), or write the number down.

7) Then paste or type the number into Step 2 of the license manager screen. Then click the Activate Now button and this will activate your software.

8) You will receive confirmation that the software has been activated and the software will start automatically and be ready for use. **You will not be required to reactivate the software unless it is reinstalled or moved to another computer.
