UNDER GUIDANCE OF: Mr. VIJAY VERMA Sr. ENGINEER (W E & S DEPARTMENT)
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
It is said that behind the accomplishment of any effort there are some dedicated individuals who put their best to get the job done. This work of mine is not an exception. During the course of our project I came across many able personalities without whose help and guidance I would not have been able to present this project in its present form. This effort of mine would be shine less if I fail to mention a few names who contributed directly or indirectly to make it a success. First of all I would like to express my gratitude towards my parents without whose support and encouragement it would not have been possible to reach where I find myself today. I am grateful to Dr. Dhruv Bhargava, Sr. D.G.M. (HRD) who provided the platform to develop my technical skills. I express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Vijay Verma, Sr. Engineer (WE&S Department) who provided me with complete details of the project and also fulfilled all the hardware and software requirements that I needed. He was instrumental in making me understand the exact requirements of our clients and also provided continuous supervision of this project. At last but not the least, I would like to thanks my peers who were a constant source of encouragement and inspiration.

PREFACE
The summer training is an integral part of Bachelor of Engineering program. As a matter of fact every engineering student, has to undergo practical training in an approved organization, under the guidance of professionals, to enhance the practical approach and to get the in depth knowledge of the various machineries. During the course of training, the trainees are expected to use and apply their academic knowledge and gain valuable insight of corporate cultures with all of its environment operational complexity. I under took my training in BHEL (Jhansi Unit), which is one of the MAHARATANS of India. It is certified to various standards ISO-9001, ISO-14001, OHSAS-18001 and ISO27001. During the training period as a project trainee, I visited various departments of the organization and did empirical analysis of their inter relationship.
