Static Routing Technique

Static routing involves manually configuring routing tables on routers with static routes that do not change. It is simple but not scalable for large networks. Dynamic routing uses routing protocols to automatically share information between routers and adapt to network changes. Most routers support both static and dynamic routing, using static routes for default routes while dynamic routing protocols update other routes.
