Hofstede Power Distance Exercise Worksheet

If the student were to pick “<” for the first social sphere then the student is stating that power distance between boss and employee is less in country A than in country B. Group 1 - How can management improve relations between management and employees? Use affinity diagram. Group 2 - How can government improve relations between the government and the governed? Use affinity diagram. Group 3 - How can society improve the relationship between parents and children? Use affinity diagram. Group 4 - How can society improve relations between teachers and students? Use affinity diagram. Group 5 - How can society lessen gender inequality? Use affinity diagram. Group 6 – How can society improve spousal relations? Use affinity diagram.
