    DESCRIPTION OF THE BUSINESS

    One Stop Mini Mart is a sole proprietorship which is located at #66 OMera Road, Arima. The mini mart sells various minor household necessities and many other types of merchandise. The accounting records and the business financial statements are to be prepared for the month of November 2012. The accounting records follow the double entry principles of accounting. One Stop Mini Mart allows some of their customers to buy on credit and they also obtain credit from their suppliers. One Stop Mini Mart follows the double entry principle and in keeping with the accounting cycle. The accounting period will be for the month of November 2012.
