The event was held to teach the students how to work on Microsoft Excel 2010. Various functions of MS Excel were taught to them practically. Activity Definition

Goals

The goal was to teach the students MS Excel and its various functions like pivoting the tables, V Look Up, removing redundancies and many other functions.

Resources

There were 20 laptops provided to the students of first year and second year students got their own laptops. Apart from this there were 2 cordless mics, 12 extension cords and 2 projectors.

Attendance

The no. of participants were 62, out of which 16 were spot entry and there were 104 registrations done earlier. Number of volunteers were 35 Audience was of MBA HR (Sec C, First Year) The students were taught the various functions of MS Excel and were satisfied with the event.

The event was very interactive and successful . Feedback

The event coordinators said that if they get a positive feedback from the students they will hold an event where they will teach SPSS to the students. Future Developments
