Branch Manager: Candidate should be around 40 years of age and should be a graduate in any faculty with excellent track record of managing the Branch successfully i.e., entire operations of the branch on own. He/she should be well versed with the latest trends/technology in banking, Credit appraisal and monitoring, rendering excellent customer service and should possess at least 3 years experience as Branch Manager of any Bank including a Co-operative Bank. Officer: Candidate should be around 35 years of age and should be a graduate in any faculty with good track record in managing banking operations. Professional qualification such as MBA or PG Degree from reputed institutions will be an added advantage. He/she should possess good negotiating skills/convincing ability and persuading skills. Remuneration will commensurate with Qualification and experience. Pay package is best in the industry for the deserving candidate.
