Bus Post Insulator installation Installation Procedure 1.

Name plate details are checked & compare to the specification 2. Physical visual check of equipment 3. Insulation value of Bushing insulator to be checked 4. Mount the equipment on foundation with all require accessories fitted 5. Check the level, alignment as per drawing. 6. Tightness of bolts , clamps 7. Alignment & connecting terminal to be checked 8. Earth connection are checked for tightness & proper contact 9. Insulator are thoroughly cleaned 10. Check Termination as per Drawing.
