Buhangin, Davao City, with Savings Account No. 00-000-003488-5 under the Account Name CECILIA M. JOLITO and IMELDA C. DULDULAO (former Treasurer). 3. IMELDA C. DULDULAO , the former Treasurer, is no longer a member of LBC Express Davao Employees Union ALU and she is no longer connected with LBC Express Inc. 4. In view of the fact that IMELDA C. DULDULAO is no longer connected with LBC Express Inc. and that she is no longer the Treasurer of LBC Express Davao Employees Union ALU, the present Treasurer JOSEPHINE B. CANAYA should be made as co-signatory of CECILIA M. JOLITO in the abovementioned savings account, thus the Account Name of the abovementioned account should be changed to: CECILIA M.
