International Limited: Mpi Report For Hang Off Padeye

JC International Limited conducted magnetic particle inspections on two pieces of lifting equipment for Transocean Support Services. Report 50014 inspected a hang off padeye from the Jack Ryan rig floor and found no defects in the welded areas. Report 50015 inspected a hang off shackle from the same rig floor and found no defects across the entire body. Both inspections were performed by Cyril Igba on October 9, 2011 according to ASTM E 709 standards and the equipment was given a clean bill of health.
