SYNCHRO Workshop
Target Group Executives and employees Prerequisites None, appointments are made individually Subjects A topic defined by the customer is processed by executives and employees on-site; advantages and benefit of SYNCHRO is shown by means of practical examples. Among others the following topics can be treated: work flow design | 5A (cleanliness and order logistics (Kanban) | tooling time optimization TPM (total productive maintenance) | small-scale production flow | implementation of flow production etc. Objectives You will be able to understand SYNCHRO and to detect waste. You elaborate first improvement measures and initiate first implementation steps. Duration At least 2 to 3 days, depending on selection of topics
Prerequisites Participants have completed the requisite operating and programming courses for your TRUMPF machine Subjects Imparting application knowledge based on your TRUMPF products | The subject matter is tailored to your needs | Example: Increase productivity through the use of optimized sheet layouts; reduce part production times by using suitable processing strategies; exploit all resources offered by the TruTops programming software; selective use of tools for different applications; analysis and optimization of the production workflow Objectives You will acquire full potential of machine programming software, being able to improve the quality of parts and components, boost productivity, increase process reliability in production workflow.
