If I Were President: Nullam Dignissim Interdum Est Vitae Fermentum
If I were President
United we stand, divided we fall, this statement is true for our country Pakistan. When we fought for freedom from Britain and Hindus alike, the father of the nation Muhammad Ali Jinnah was able to unite us Muslims of subcontinent. We fought for our freedom like warriors, sacrificing our personal belongings in favor of a separate Homeland. We struggled for a separate nation to lead an Islamic life without interference. But what has become of our dear homeland that our ancestors had brought into being after a long struggle, which will always be landmark in history of mankind. Our government is verging the bankruptcy, is powerless and usually pays no heed to the things happening in their surroundings. People are being killed of terrorism and starvation. Theres water and power shortage and many more things. Many people think, if they were president, they would change life in Pakistan dramatically. Similar, if I were given such an opportunity. I, for a start would make sure no one would be able to exploit the resources in Pakistan, nor of me and my government for malicious purposes. In this way, terrorism can also be stopped.
