Keystroke Table

The keyboard combination necessary to type in the so-called Upper ASCII characters like bullets, degrees, trademark copyright, and registered symbols, and so on. Especially on a PC or Windows machine this list needs to be tacked to the wall next to your monitor to enable you to add these characters as you type.

key and type the ASCII number on the numerical keypad. The blank Mac keys are Control characters
not normally available. For a Mac, S = Shift and O = Option.
For Mac composite characters like Ö [Option+U then the O], you type A service of
the combination to access the accent [which remains invisible] and
then type the letter you want the character to appear over — at which
point the accented character will be typed.
