Table Error! No text of specified style in document..1: Functions of different production lines Push Pickling Line (PPL) To remove hot-rolled scale (rust). To trim hot-rolled coil to required width. 4 feet Reversing Cold Mill (4 RCM) To roll the steel strip to required thickness. Electrolytic Cleaning Line (ECL) To clean the oil residue on the strip after rolling. To remove the iron fines from the strip. Batch Annealing Furnace (BAF) To improve mechanical properties by means of re-crystalization (700 Deg C). To release mechanical stress & reduce hardness of the steel. Kathabar (KAT) Supply cool and dry air circulation to cool down the coils temperature to

below 60 oC. The circulation air moisture will be absorbed through the conditioner. Temper Mill (TPM) To eliminate the yield point of the strip by means of elongation. To provide roughness on the strip surface. Recoiling Line (RCL) To adjust flatness of steel strip. To apply anti-rust oil on the strip surface. * Ornasteels final product line. Continuous Galvanizing Line (CGL) To provide annealing process in furnace and galvaninze with molten zinc. To control strip flatness, surface

roughness and mechanical properties. Chemical coater and oiler treatment to prevent rust. Color Coating Line (CCL) Clean and passivate strip surface at pretreatment section Primer coating, finish coating and curing in oven.
