Please submit your assignment to the Dropbox - Introduction Assignment. You will find the answers in the Introduction Unit. 1) After reading the course objectives, the one I feel will be the biggest challenge to me is: (Be sure to tell why you feel it going to be a challenge.) I feel like remembering the schedule will be the biggest challenge because it is my responsibility to do the work daily without someone telling me to do so. 2) After reading the course objectives, the one I feel will be the least challenging to me is: (Be sure to explain your answer thoroughly.) I feel that doing the work and turning in assignments will be the least challenge for me because I always do my work on time. 3) I feel a little uneasy/unsure about taking P.E. on line because: I feel uneasy about asking questions to the teacher because I do not have the teacher with me physically. 4) The reason I am taking Personal Fitness on-line: I dont have a schedule for Personal Fitness during the 4 years in high school. 5) From this course I hope to learn: I hope to learn how to establish goals related to health and learn to exercise in a daily basis. 6) I understand that I am to return the heart rate monitor at the end of the course.
