B. Result of Executing Test Plan The number of parking slots are available in indoor parking consists of 26 slots.

Tests conducted to determine the amount of available parking slots.

Test is performed when the user does not enter the police car number but clicking print. The system displays a message box.

Tests conducted at the user wants to enter a police car at no parking slot is full. The system displays a message box.

At this stage there are fewer errors. Errors are new windows that contain Car Police No. Available slots and does not appear. Test is performed when the user enter a vehicle and print data. Then the system will print out a parking ticket and the number of parking slots will be reduced 1.

Test is performed to locate and perform validation on the vehicle that was leaving an indoor parking.

User Manual User manuals are prepared at this point is just a user manual on how to use indoor parking program. This is because at the time of the user manual was created, who created new software to the testing stage. 1. Input data vehicle (Entry Counter) After the indoor parking program is running, clicking transaction, choose and clicking entry car. The system will show the new windows which contain Car Police No and the Available slot. Insert the Car Police No into the column and clicking print. If want to abort, clicking cancel. When clicking print, the system automatically will print the parking ticket which contains Ticket No, Car Police No, Date, Time In and Parking Slot for that vehicle. Operator will give parking tickets to drivers. 2. Search and validate the exit vehicle (Exit Counter) After the indoor parking program is running, clicking transaction, choose and clicking exit car. The system will show the new windows which contain car police. Insert the car police no in to the column and clicking search. The system automatically will show the parking details which contains Ticket No, Car Police No, Date, Time In, Time Out and Parking Slot of that vehicle. Clicking validation to validate the vehicle has left the location of parking. If want to abort the validate process, clicking cancel. After clicking validation, there is a confirmation message box. 3. Exit the program Clicking menu and then clicking exit.
