    Neurological disorders are diseases of the central and peripheral nervous system.

    In other words, the brain, spinal cord, cranial nerves, peripheral nerves, nerve roots, autonomic nervous system, neuromuscular junction, and muscles.

    Diseases caused by faulty genes, such as Huntington's disease and muscular dystrophy Problems with the way the nervous system develops, such as spina bifida Degenerative diseases, where nerve cells are damaged or die, such as Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease Diseases of the blood vessels that supply the brain, such as stroke

    There are different types of neurological conditions that affect the central and peripheral nervous system. These various types of neurological disorders can occur due to congenital (by birth), heredity, trauma, exposure to toxic chemicals, tumors and infections.

Every form of treatment is specific to the patients neurological condition. Complete and early evaluation of the neurological disorder is extremely vital to determining the best form of treatment in order to improve the lives of our patients.
