    Addendum to January 2, 2009 Employment Contract This Addendum to January 2, 2009 Employment Contract (Addendum) is an addendum to the Employment

    contract between John Doe (Employer) and Jane Smith (Employee), which is dated January 2, 2009 (the Employment Contract) and shall become effective as of today, May 5, 2010. The Employment Contract is attached and made a part of this document. The parties, for good consideration, hereby agree as follows: 1. Item I of the Employment Contract shall be modified as follows with the text in bold added to the Item and the text containing a strikethrough deleted: The original text of Item I of the original Employment Contract would go here, and any words you wanted wished to delete would be stricken through. Any words you wanted to add would be put in bold type. 2. Item IV of the Employment Contract shall be stricken as follows: The text of IV of the original contract would go here, and a strikethrough would be used to show that the item is now deleted. 3. Item VII shall be added after Item VI and shall read as follows: [The text of the new item should go here.] Dated May 5, 2010.
